Equipment installation started at the Noyabrsk CCPP construction site
Construction is about to complete at the Noyabrsk CCPP construction site. The next stage is the installation of major and auxiliary equipment and building interior finishing. In 2008 the construction workers are expected to complete installation activities and to begin startup & commissioning of the power plant units No. 1 & 2.
Pilot driving of piles for the main building started at the Priobskaya GTTPP site (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District – Yugra)

Intertechelectro — New Generation LLC signs with General Electric the agreement on delivery of a gas turbine for expansion of the Vologda HPP production
Official signing of the agreement stipulating delivery of the GE (General Electric) gas turbine within the framework of the combined-cycle unit (CCU) construction at Vologda HPP was effected in the Intertechelectro – New Generation Group Office. Alexander Kogan, Director General of Intertechelectro – New Generation LLC, and Pierpaolo Mazza, GE Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS, affixed their signatures to the document.

Intertechelectro — New Generation LLC signs with TGK-2 OJSC the agreement on implementation of the project for expansion of the Vologda HPP production
As a general contractor, Intertechelectro – New Generation LLC will build at Vologda HPP a combined-cycle unit (CCU), with 110 MW of electric power and 75 Gcal of heat. The general contractor agreement for execution of work was signed by Andrey Vagner, TGK-2 OJSC Director General, and Alexander Kogan, Director General of Intertechelectro – New Generation LLC.

The agreement on delivery of two General Electric gas turbines for Kurgan HPP-2 was signed between Kurgan HPP LLC and PSG-International, the ЕРС contractor for the plant construction.

Earthwork started at the Priobskaya GTTPP(KhMAD-Yugra)construction site
At the site of the future plant, the construction of which is carried out by Intertechelectro – New Generation Group, the peat is replaced with the ground suitable for construction operations. Peat is stored near the construction site. Later it will be used for improvement of land of Priobskaya GTTPP and other RN-Yuganskheftegaz facilities.
Obninsk City Administration Head supports the Intertechelectro – New Generation Group project for the HPP construction
Ildar Bulatov, Intertechelectro – New Generation LLC Deputy Director General for New Projects, presented a new HPP construction project to Nikolay Shubin, Obninsk City Administration Head. The meeting was attended by representatives of Kaluga Marketing Company OJSC, the project building owner.
First steam turbine for Noyabrsk CCGTPP passes successfully testing at Kaluga Turbine Factory
In the first ten-day period of February the first steam turbine will be dismantled and sent to the Noyabrsk Combined-Cycle Power Plant site. The project for its construction is implemented by Intertechelectro – New Generation Group.

The agreement on delivery of the second power generating steam turbine unit produced by Siemens for Kurgan HPP-2 was signed between Kurgan HPP LLC, a subsidiary of Intertechelectro – New Generation LLC, and PSG-International, the ЕРС contractor for the plant construction.

Intertechelectro, a construction engineering company within Intertechelectro – New Generation Group, completed construction and successfully commissioned the Pivovar Substation with the voltage of 110/6 kV in the south-western part of Saransk (Republic of Mordovia).
