Location:

Town of Noyabrsk, Yamalo-Nenetckiy Autonomous Area.

Technical characteristics:

• Established power: electrical — 120 MW, thermal — 95 Gcal/h
• Fuel: gas
• Equipment: plant consists of two 60 MW power units
• Each unit includes: 40 MW gas turbine MS 6001 B (General Electric), Steam waste heat boiler (OJSC «ZIO — Podolsk»), 20 MW steam heating turbine

Project implementation will allow to:

• Provide the consumer with electrical power
• Provide high levels of economy in energy generation due to combined cycle technology
• Supply the consumer with thermal and electrical energy at fixed prices, according to long-term contracts
• Enhance the power supply reliability of the town and deposits
• Create additional work places in the town
