Kurgan HPP (Subsidiary of Intertechelectro-New Generation LLC) and PSG—International Signed Contract for Design, Supply and Construction of CCGP at Kurgan on September 26, 2007
PSG-International will operate as the EPC Contractor for Kurgan HPP-2 Construction Project, i.e., will ensure turnkey construction of a combined cycle generation plant.

Kurgan HPP-2 Construction Operations Are Under Way on Schedule
During a month of pre-construction operations, a fertile topsoil layer has been finally removed, security guards have been mobilized and information boards installed, a transformer substation has been connected for temporary power supply purposes, onsite excavation is about to finish, and installation of a temporary heat supply line is underway at the construction site.

Pre-Construction Operations Started at Kurgan HPP-2 Construction Site
Pre-construction operations are carried out at the construction site of Kurgan HPP-2 preceding the principal construction stage. At present, a fertile soil layer is cut off and removed, and a fence is installed.

Signature of Agreement on Cooperation and Interaction in Developing and Implementing Investment Program for New Generation Construction Project in Area of Kurgan Region
