Vologda HPP 110 MW CCGT PP HRSG semi-modules have been assembled
02 August 2011
JSC «Intertechelectro» is going on construction works of the 110 MW/75 Gcal/h CCGT PP at the Vologda HPP, JSC TGK-2 being the customer. The HRSG semi-modules have been assembled in the main building.
The Vologda HPP 110 MW CCGT PP involves installation of a double-pressure horizontal HRSG by Austrian Energy Environment CZ s.r.o. (Czech Republic). Now the boiler heating surfaces are put on the foundation and further on auxiliary equipment installation and HRSG piping bundling will be performed.
At present the CCGT PP main building wall panels’ and roof installation and glazing is coming to an end. The GT is put on the foundation, the steam turbine foundation is being concreted, flue stack pedestal arrangement is launched, cooling tower zero circle, water supply and sewage systems are being finished, gas treatment stations foundations are being constructed.
The Vologda HPP CCGT power unit will consist of a General Electric PG 6111FA 75 MW gas turbine, a Kaluga turbine plant 35 MW steam turbine and HRSG by Austrian Energy & Environment.
Upon the CCGT power unit installation the HPP electric and heat power output will increase substantially what will permit to lower the Vologda region dependence on power supply from other areas, higher reliability of energy and heat delivery to the population, housing complex and plant facilities and arrange conditions for the Vologda infrastructure development. The facility is planned to be put into operation in 2012.
