«Intertechelectro-New Generation» group of companies participated in IX international conference on project management

The specialists of «Intertechelectro-New Generation» group of companies participated in IX International conference on project management that took place in Moscow on May 27-28, 2010.
The event was organized by “PMSOFT”, a leading Russian consulting company that provides services on Oracle-Primavera solutions implementation in Russia. The conference was visited by major Russian project management experts representing the largest companies working in key economy branches such as power industry, construction, oil & gas and others.
«Intertechelectro-New Generation» group of companies was represented at the conference by Evgeny Shnyrov, director of project planning and control department. He made a report on «Role and efficiency of Complete Project Management System (CPMS) in an engineering company». The report generalizes practice of this system functioning on an active state of facilities’ construction. He told in details about the working process of the projects’ management office on different stages of their implementation and its role in project teams’ functioning; the CPMS efficiency evaluation criteria were provided as well.
As Evgeny Shnyrov believes, the most favorable factors for successful operation of the project management system are the Customer team dedication to management technocratic approach, project team staff qualification level, project manager competence in the subject area of the project execution and his dedication to the project-directed approach in management.
