The CJSC «Intertechelectro» Mr. Viktor N.Kunshin will be Chairman of the Board of Directors of this company starting from October 01, 2009. Mr. Vladimir V.Babyak will be General director of CJSC «Intertechelectro» presently working as General director of LLC «Intertechelectro-New Generation». After his assignment Mr. Stanislav S.Karapetyan will be General director of LLC «Intertechelectro-New Generation» who is at the moment deputy General director.
The foregoing decisions are made for the purpose of provision of further efficient management and economic development, improvement of business management system, strengthening of the «Intertechelectro-New Generation» positions on the market and putting to a new development level.
