The Kurgan CHPP-2 project has been presented at the “Fuel&power sector innovation technologies” exhibition

The “Intertechelectro-New Generation” group of companies took part in the “Fuel&power sector innovation technologies” exhibition held under the VIth Forum of interregional cooperation of the Russian Federation and Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Orenburg.
Under the Kurgan region exposition there was presented the Kurgan CHPP-2 construction project being a power facility constructed with modern environment-friendly and efficient equipment. The Kurgan CHPP-2 is constructed on the basis of public private partnership with a new financing vehicle used. The project received the RF Federal Investment Fund support in the amount of 991,600,000.00 rubles for construction of the thermal capacity output circuit. The Kurgan CHPP-2 project was brought at the exhibition to the attention of the RF Ministry of energy and Ministry of regional development representatives, the Kazakhstan government members and delegations of a number of Russian regions. The guests appreciated highly the presented project. The representatives of the Kazakhstan companies working in the field of power industry and construction took a specific interest in the exposition of the “Intertechelectro-New Generation” group of companies”.
Before the exhibition, the Kurgan CHPP-2 site was visited by Mr. Mikhail Bocharnikov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the RF in the Republic of Kazakhstan, who got acquainted with the power plant construction procedure, project peculiarities and implementation terms. The «Fuel&power sector innovation technologies» exhibition was organized under the VIth Forum of interregional cooperation of the Russian Federation and Republic of Kazakhstan with heads of the states participating.
The exhibition organizers were Ministry of regional development, Ministry of industry and commerce, Ministry of energy of the RF, Orenburg region government. The biggest Russian and Kazakhstan fuel&power sector companies took part in the exhibition that presented the newest developments in the filed of electric energy industry and power saving, oil industry, machine building, IT and environmental protection.
