The conference organizers prized the experience that the group of companies has in arrangement of the distributed project management system based on the Primavera software complex. The company employees made a presentation dedicated to arrangement of the corporate project management system (CPMS) in an engineering company with the own forces involved. The report touched upon the practice on the CPMS design and development in the group of companies, mentioned recommendations for the specialists building the project management system on the operational base design, selection and setting of the information system, employees’ internal training organization, corporate culture transformation ways, etc.

The principal conference subject this year was industry and construction investments. The event was organized by “PMSOFT”, authorized representative of Oracle-Primavera solutions in Russia. The conference was visited by leading foreign and Russian experts in the area of project management who represented the largest companies working in key economy branches.
