Artyom Bikov

Was born on September, 8^th, 1963, in Sverdlovsk (now — Yekaterinburg).

Graduated from the Sverdlovsky Institute of Law, as a specialist in jurisprudence.

In 1999 headed the second largest Russian energy system OJSC «Tyumenenergo».

In 2003 was appointed the General Director of «Ural Energy Management Company», which united the energy systems of four regions of the Russian Federation on the «Tyumenenergo» basis.

2003 — 2004 — Chairman Adviser in RAO «UES of Russia».

2005 — LLC «Intertechelectro — New Generation», Chairman of Board of Directors.
