Intertechelectro — New Generation LLC, a design and investment company, develops and implements its own investment projects for construction and operation of independent energy generating facilities.

Major Activities:

• Development and assets management, including:
  • power supply concept formulation; studies, including development of concepts of the project and its evaluation;
  • pre-project
  • comprehensive expert examination of the projects;
  • elaboration of business plans and financial models development;
  • preparation of investment substantiations;
  • arrangements for finance and funds raising;
  • development of technical proposals and commercial offers;
  • feasibility studies.
• Management of projects. Organization, planning, management, coordination of labor force, financial support and material-and-technical resources for achieving the target results based on application of the advanced methods and management facilities with due account for limitations on timeline, cost and resources involved.
• Integrated implementation of investment projects.
• General engineering, including:
  1. Design, technological, construction and managerial engineering. Arrangements for execution of entire work package related to development and implementation of business plans, tender procedures, design-and-exploratory documentation, process equipment deliveries, control and technical supervision of construction-and-installation works and commissioning.
  2. Engineering consulting, including exercise of the building owner-engineer and technical agent functions.
